Multilingualism and Cultural Identity in a Globalized World
This paper, Multilingualism, Identity and Culture in a Globalized World, examines language as a constitutive element of human identity rather than a mere instrument of communication. The study is prompted by the rapid expansion of global culture and the gradual erosion of linguistic diversity. While multilingual practices are widespread, the nexus between language, culture and identity remains insufficiently articulated. The main objective is to interrogate how multilingualism shapes cultural expression and identity formation within a global context. It also considers the emergence of multiple and hybrid identities.

Contribution of Yoruba Indigenous Language Film to Culture Propagation and Language Development
Language is the identity of people and racial recognition. Indigenous language films seem to have been the extant means of language development across ethnic groups in Nigeria. However, the use of indigenous language among the people of Nigeria requires attention because western education has relegated the language of the people to the background through promotion of foreign ones. Some Nigerians prioritise the indigenous language and freely speak it with their children and people.
